RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws and the Italian Codice del Consumo, you have a right of withdrawal. To ensure the sustainability of our brand and for hygiene reasons, we apply strict return conditions.


1.⁠ ⁠WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, no return or refund requests will be accepted for any reason.


2.⁠ ⁠MANDATORY PRODUCT CONDITION
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the exact condition in which you received it:
 * Clothing: Unworn (except for a quick try-on), unwashed, free of any odors (perfume, tobacco, sweat), and without any traces of makeup or deodorant.
 * Tagging: The original tags must be intact and attached to the garment. Any item with a cut or removed tag will not be refunded.
 * Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.


3.⁠ ⁠LEGAL EXCEPTIONS (NO RETURNS POSSIBLE)
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following items:
 * Earrings / Piercings: For health and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged if the sealed packaging has been opened after delivery.
 * Personalized Items: Any garment or jewelry that has been customized (engraving, tailoring, made-to-measure) is final sale and cannot be refunded.

* Hats and "Carré de soie" : For health and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged if the sealed packaging has been opened after delivery.


4.⁠ ⁠RETURN COSTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
 * Customer's Responsibility: Shipping costs for returning products are exclusively at the buyer's expense.
 * Transport Risks: The customer is responsible for the item until it is received at our warehouse in Italy. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number. If the return package is lost or damaged, no refund will be issued.


5.⁠ ⁠RETURN PROCEDURE
 * Send a request by email to contact@abacositalia.com with your order number.
 * Once validated, we will provide you with the return address in Italy.
 * You must include the delivery note or a note with your order number inside the package.


6.⁠ ⁠INSPECTION AND REFUND
Upon receipt, every item will undergo a rigorous inspection by our team.
 * If the item is compliant: The refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method. Initial shipping costs are only refunded up to the "standard" delivery rate (express shipping costs are non-refundable).
 * If the item is non-compliant: If we find that the item has been used, stained, or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a minimum 50% deduction from the item's value. The product may be sent back to you at your expense.
